We process orders made on the website only on weekdays (i.e Mondays through Fridays, except Singapore public holidays). Any orders submitted through the website outside of our operating hours (10am to 6pm) will be processed on the next business day. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. All products remain the ownership of Joobz International Pte Ltd until full payment is received.
In cases where the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards, the order shall be cancelled at our discretion. In these circumstances, we will notify you by e-mail and a full refund will be made to your credit card as soon as practicable at our sole and absolute discretion.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment. We may also refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion.
Shipping Policy
Free shipping locally. Deliveries within Central Business District (CBD) will be within the same day if purchases are done before noon, otherwise following day. Any area outside of CBD could take up to two days from time of purchase.
Overseas delivery will be via FEDEX and a tracking number will be provided upon pickup. All customs and duties will be borne by the customer.
No deliveries or FEDEX pickups on weekends.
